2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the Webshop, we collect the following data:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- delivery address
- company name and registry code, if you buy on behalf of a company
- VAT number (KMKR), if you buy on behalf of a company
- order history
- IP address and device information in web server logs

You can opt out of the invitation email using the link at the end of each email.
4. Who we pass data to
To fulfil the order, we pass the necessary data to the following partners, who process data on our behalf:
- EveryPay AS - processes card payments.
- ESTO AS - provides bank links and hire purchase.
- DPD Eesti AS - delivers the shipment to a parcel locker.
- AS Eesti Post (Omniva) - delivers the shipment to a parcel locker.
- OSC Transport - delivers the shipment as a courier service.
- Resend Inc. - sends order and account notification emails to your email address.
- Directo OÜ - our accounting software, where the order is processed and the invoice is issued.
- Google Ireland Limited - provides the Google Analytics 4 statistics service. Before your consent we measure visits without cookies and without recognising you, but your IP address and device information still reach Google with every page view. After you give consent, we measure using cookies.
- Google Ireland Limited - provides the Google Ads advertising service. Advertising cookies and personalised advertising are used only if you have agreed to marketing cookies.
Data is not sold to third parties or transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the following rights in respect of your data:
- Access - you can ask for an overview of what data we process about you.
- Rectification - you can demand that incorrect data be corrected.
- Erasure - you can demand that your data be deleted if there is no longer a legal basis for keeping it.
- Restriction of processing - you can demand that processing be restricted, that is, that we temporarily stop processing the data, for example while a dispute is being resolved.
- Data portability - you can ask for your data in a structured, machine-readable form so that it can be transferred elsewhere.
- Right to object - you can object to processing of data that is based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent - if we process data on the basis of your consent, for example in the case of statistics and marketing cookies, you can withdraw your consent at any time. For cookies, do this through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

6. Lodging a complaint
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate:

7. Cookies
The Webshop uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in, to preserve the contents of your shopping cart and to remember your preference for showing VAT. In addition, we use statistics and marketing cookies, but only with your consent. More information is on a separate page: cookie policy.
8. Changes
We have the right to amend this privacy policy. We will publish amendments on this page together with the new effective date. The version published in the Webshop is always the one in force.
