As a private individual you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online shop without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the form below - it takes a minute and you do not need to log in.
What happens after you fill in the form
- We will immediately send you a confirmation by email containing the content of the notice and the date and time it was submitted.
- Return the goods within 14 days to Agroproff OÜ, Rägavere tee 38, 44312 Rakvere.
- We will refund the price of the goods and the delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method we offer, within 14 days at the latest, to the same payment method you paid with.
Good to know
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- A large or heavy part cannot be returned through a parcel locker. Call +372 526 0545 and we will tell you the approximate cost before you send it.
- The value of a part that has been installed and put into use has usually diminished, which affects the amount refunded.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to special order.
- A business customer does not have the statutory right of withdrawal, but we take goods back by agreement. Fill in the same form and we will contact you.
