Warranty and complaints

Two years of statutory protection

If you bought the goods as a private individual, we are liable for any non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. This arises from the Law of Obligations Act and does not need a separate warranty certificate - you have this protection even if the product has no separate manufacturer's warranty.

The defect must be notified within two months of discovering it.

For some products the manufacturer gives its own commercial guarantee in addition - if there is one, it is stated with the product. The manufacturer's guarantee comes in addition to the rights above, not instead of them.

How to submit a complaint

Write to info@agroparts.ee and include:

Attach photos if possible. We will reply as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.

Before you write

Stop using the defective goods. Continued use may increase the damage and make it impossible to establish the cause of the defect.

What the warranty does not cover

Business customers

For goods sold to a legal person, the general provisions of the Law of Obligations Act apply. In the event of a defect, contact us in the same way.

If we cannot reach an agreement

A private individual has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10142 Tallinn, info@ttja.ee). Turning to the committee is free of charge.
